The foundation of our commitment to quality is the Xantrex Enterprise Operating System (XEOS). XEOS encompasses ISO 9001 certified business processes, which ensure our products consistently conform to our customers' exacting standards.

In March 2002, Xantrex successfully upgraded the registration of our Quality Management System to ISO9001:2000 - an internationally recognized quality standard. We achieved registration in less than one year from the new standard's official release and a full two years before it became mandatory to change from the 1994 version to the new 2000 version. Registration to this standard helps provide our customers and suppliers with continued confidence in our abilities.

In 2003, Xantrex began using an extremely effective product evaluation method called Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT) to detect and address product design issues early in the development cycle. Our reliability engineers use state-of-the-art chambers under extreme thermal and mechanical conditions to deliberately stress products and expose product flaws during the design stage. This comprehensive testing goes beyond conventional testing and is a competitive advantage that reinforces our position as a leader in the advanced power electronics industry.
