Description Backup and Emergency Power for Home and Office
The Duracell® PowerSource 1800 is the perfect backup power solution for essential home appliances, emergency power electronics and office equipment during a power outage. The PowerSource 1800 will supply up to ten hours of uninterrupted backup power and up to 1.5 hours of run time for home appliances and electronics during a power outage.
Until now, backup power products on the market have only been able to provide limited power for outages, and not the extended runtime of the Duracell® PowerSource 1800. The PowerSource 1800 seamlessly switches to backup power automatically when a power outage occurs, so the home appliances and electronic devices that are plugged into it won’t sense the power outage. They’ll operate off the PowerSource 1800’s charged battery for hours. When utility grid power returns, the PowerSource 1800 switches the devices back to utility power, recharges its internal battery and enters a standby mode until the next outage occurs.
