Bruce G. Cousins has been VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Xantrex Technology Inc (TSX:XTX) since June 2008. Prior to joining Xantrex Mr. Cousins was Executive Vice President and CFO of  Aspreva Pharmaceuticals Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company based in Victoria, Canada. Past experience also includes 14 years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) as the World Wide Financial Director for J&J's Wound Management Division in Somerville, New Jersey. As CFO of this US$500 million business unit, Mr. Cousins also held a key leadership role on the Global Management Board. Mr. Cousins is an accredited chartered accountant and holds a Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
