VICE PRESIDENT, WIND AND EUROPEAN SOLAR BUSINESS
Bernd Kohlstruck, Dipl. Ing. Bernd Kohlstruck is the Vice President of Wind and European Solar Business at Xantrex Technology Inc. as well as the Managing Director of the Xantrex German entity (GmbH) located in Berlin. Bernd joined Xantrex in 2001, after being the Managing Director at Alstom/Ballard, a joint-venture of Alstom and Ballard Power Systems. Prior to Alstom/Ballard, he held leadership positions at the German electric company AEG, and power company Pillar KG. Bernd is a qualified power electronics engineer and owns several patents related to uninterrupted power supply solutions with fuel cells. Bernd Kohlstruck has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the distributed power and renewable power business in Europe and North America. He is a member of several sustainable energy councils. Bernd is located at the Xantrex office in Berlin, Germany.
