Xantrex™ Q2 2008 results and investor conference call

VANCOUVER, B.C., July 16, 2008 – Xantrex Technology Inc. (TSX:XTX) will release its second quarter 2008 results after the Toronto Stock Exchange closes on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. To discuss the results, a conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 6:00 am Pacific Time (9:00 am Eastern Time).
