Xantrex Q3 2007 Results and Investor Conference Call

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 18, 2007 – Xantrex Technology Inc. (TSX:XTX) will release its third quarter 2007 results after the Toronto Stock Exchange closes on Tuesday, October 30, 2007. To discuss the results, a conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 6:00 am Pacific Time (9:00 am Eastern Time).
The conference call will include presentations by Xantrex’s Chairman Mossadiq Umedaly, Chief Executive Officer John Wallace and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jay Biskupski. After the presentations, Xantrex will accept questions from analysts and institutional investors.
