The Xantrex Outlet Store is a Xantrex factory outlet offering a selection of refurbished products, accessories, and clearance items.
Xantrex refurbished products are top quality products that perform like new and are available at discounts.
Where are you located?
The Xantrex Outlet Store administration, toll-free order desk, and secure server are located at Xantrex Head Office in Burnaby, BC, Canada. The products ship from our USA warehouses in Arlington, WA and Hayward, CA. Both cities are in the Pacific Time Zone.
Do you have a retail location?
The Xantrex Outlet Store is a virtual store, and there are no branches. We regret that we do not accept cash sales and do not retail product from any of our locations. We do not perform will-call services from any Xantrex facilities.
Do you ship to customers outside of the USA or Canada?
We regret that our services are limited to customers with shipping addresses located in the USA or Canada. International customers should consult the "Find a Retailer" section on the Xantrex web site.

What is a refurbished unit?
Refurbished models are customer returns that have been completely restored to their original performance, fully tested and inspected by Xantrex. Please note that some refurbished products may have minor cosmetic blemishes. Refurbished products also have shorter warranty periods than new products – usually 90 days.
Products have been returned for reasons including but not limited to initial failure and dealer returns.
What is a clearance unit?
Clearance products are new products that are being discontinued or replaced by newer models. In some cases, clearance products are overstocked items. Clearance products are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Where can I get product manuals?
Product manuals are available free for download from our website. Visit our Product Support Pages or Document Library.
Bound versions of our manuals for selected products are also for sale from our Outlet Store.

I need to get my order shipped overnight. How can I ensure that happens?
We regret that the Xantrex Outlet store can only accept ground shipments on-line. For expedited shipments, please contact us to confirm exact product availability and delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
If the product hasn't shipped, we'll cancel the order and refund your money in full. If the order has shipped and you haven't received it, contact us for a return authorization number and further instructions. If you have received the product, you will need to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) within thirty days of receipt of the product to receive a refund. The refund for product shipments received by the customer will be for the product only. You are responsible for return freight charges.
How can I get Canadian pricing?
Xantrex products listed on this website are priced in US dollars, which is the only currency supported by this on-line store. You can order in US dollars and let the credit card company perform the exchange or call us at the toll-free number and order over the phone and we’ll do it for you. You can also check the Bank of Canada's website for the current exchange rate, but remember to allow for some variance.
