To ensure you receive the most reliable service, many of our products can be repaired through our global network of Authorized Service Centers (ASC). Xantrex Authorized Service Centers (ASC) repair in-warranty and out-of-warranty products or products that have failed due to non-warrantable parts or conditions.
Please call 1-800-670-0707 if your product is in warranty. You must have product part number and proof of purchase or date of vehicle registration at the time of your call. We cannot assist without this information.
Authorized Service Centers do not supply or sell parts, boards or components to third parties; their mandate is to repair certain Xantrex Technology Inc. products to factory specification.
Here’s the list of products that can be repaired by Xantrex Authorized Service Center:
RV and RV GS
If your Xantrex product does not appear on the list above, there is no Authorized Service Center for that product. For in-warranty products, please follow the warranty service instructions in your product user guide. For out of warranty products, please contact customer service with the serial number and model of your Xantrex product for replacement options.
Note: In order to protect our intellectual property, Xantrex does not release schematics, part lists or wiring diagrams to the public. Xantrex does not sell internal parts to the public. If you need an internal part replaced, your inverter will need to be serviced by an Authorized Service Center or at the Xantrex factory.
