Under no-load or light-load conditions the measurements displayed on the System Control Panel or front display on the inverter are not extremely accurate. The measurements have to be done with a power analyzer in order to get accurate results.

As our Engineers have tested, more realistic numbers at no load are:
1 inv = 28 watts          x 24 hrs =   672 Wh
2 inv = +/- 50 watts      x 24 hrs = 1,200 Wh
3 inv = +/- 75 watts     x 24 hrs = 1,800 Wh

Yes, it is possible to upgrade the system in the field. Please contact our tech support line for them to instruct you. The process is very simple and quite fast.

I recently upgraded this system to "Build 3"

I did this so the AGS could get a "generator running" signal from AC2 instead of needing a third wire for my two wire start.

Now as, mentioned above, both inverters are "on" full time. I understand the logic of having both on full time for starting large loads, but this system does not really need it. (Search mode is not an option for this application.)

I'd like to suggest to allow the Slave inverter(s) to remain "---" only until the Master reaches 30% instead of 60% and thus reduce idle loss at low load power. (most of the time)

Xantrex has done a great job to fill a tall order.

I'd like to suggest having different upgrade packages for different applications.

Perhaps optional upgrades:
* Standard package
* Small off-grid
* Large Off-grid
* Small grid-tie
* Large Grid tie

Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
Alex A.
